| Join the Truman Club and be a part of history.
Members of the Truman Club are invited to private receptions for
presidential candidates and senior Democratic Party officials when they
visit Sioux City. In 2004, Truman Club members attended a lunch with Howard Dean,
breakfast with Dick Gephardt, a private
reception with John Kerry, and brunch with John Edwards - just to name a
few!

The money raised by the membership
in the Truman Club stays right here in Woodbury County -- and helps us
elect Democrats to local, state, and national office. This is the
money we need to operate a headquarters, pay for phone lines and staff.
Truman Club guests in 2006 included Evan Bayh, John Edwards, Joe Biden and Mark
Warner. Is $125 too much for a membership? Many other Democratic
party organizations have fundraising events that cost $75 to $150 for
each event. When you become a 2007 Truman Club member, you will have a
priority ticket to the private and public events featuring our 2008
Presidential candidates, right thru to the end of the Iowa Caucuses in
January 2008.
If you want to have the chance to visit with our presidential
candidates and senior Democratic Party officials -- and if you want to
support the cause of electing local democrats, join today.
You must be a paid member to attend these special events.
2007 Truman
Club membership is $125 per person, and includes events in January
2008 for the Iowa Caucuses. Checks may be made payable to the Woodbury County
Democratic Party.
